You know what?  Sometimes it’s OK to feel a bit shitty or flat or just generally not as upbeat as you’d like to be.  That happens.  Don’t be afraid to really feel whatever it is that is going through your Emotional Body right now.  But equally, don’t put off seeking assistance to help you push through a cloud of emotional confusion if you feel you can’t do it yourself.

You are worthy of feeling good most of the time.  My belief is that we simply can’t feel totally awesome ALL the time.  It’s just not in our make-up as human beings!  We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be our best and when we feel a bit ‘Blah’ we compound it by feeling guilty about the fact that our Physical, Mental, Emotional or Spiritual bodies can’t keep up with our hectic lifestyles.  One of those four “dimensions” of us will sulkily demand a bit of down time.  There are certainly times that we must push through the tiredness and keep going just to keep things as harmonious as possible on the home front, but try to remember those times you’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty and give back to yourself in the form of self-care.  That could be anything that makes you feel lighter and more relaxed.

Take a look back at the seven days before this very moment and pat yourself on the back for everything you’ve done for everyone else.  Now look at those same seven days again and see how many things you did just for the fulfillment of yourself.  I bet there hasn’t been a huge allocation of time for that, huh?!?  Do your best to look after yourself Energetically as well as Physically.
