These are all choices, and they are all yours to make.
We can get a little flustered and overwhelmed by choices. We think they always have to be big intense decisions. So by practicing the little ones and tuning into what our heart really wants, helps us to grow our confidence for when we have to tackle the big ones!
Learning to trust the Fuck out of yourself is the key!
You know what you want!
You know what you need!
So go ahead and make some choices, however big or small.
Remember, this is your life and you can
not Fuck it up!
