We tend to get stuck doing the same thing and that’s absolutely fine if it’s something we love. But don’t forget to mix shit up every now and again.

Don’t forget to sometimes change your routines.

If you normally go for a walk in the mornings, hell, go for a swim one morning instead! You’ll feel Amazing!

We are creatures of habit so it’s really important to shake things up and try something different once in a while.

Even if you’re not feeling the best and you’re in bed for most of the day. Lift your arms up, have a stretch, whatever it is, just change up the routine a little.

Everyone is at different levels and different abilities, so mix up what’s relevant to you. Even if it’s something small. It doesn’t have to be major, any type of shake up and change is good.

And if you’re one of the lucky ones who can actually go for a walk, then go for that fucking walk and appreciate the shit out of the fact that you can.

Please remember your Awesomeness and that mixing things up every now again only adds to that. You are brave enough to change your routine, because you are worthy of trying something new and feeling the Magnificent results.
