We all know that Self-care is super important.
You know that. I know that. But do we fucking do it?... No!
It’s something that can easily fall off our radar, even though we know that it’s vital to our health & happiness.
So what are the little steps you can take today towards your self-care?
It doesn’t have to be a big thing. Consistent, small opportunities to show yourself a bit of Love add up & can be much easier to fit in throughout your day.
Maybe it’s a short walk, or a quiet cup of tea. Even minimal acts of kindness you choose for yorself contribute to nurturing you.
· Do something that you know your body is going to love & appreciate. Move your body, drink your water, get some sunshine & fresh air
· Tell the nasty voices in your head to fuck off. Consciously quietening the chaos will help you feel calmer
· Smile at yourself in the mirror so you remember that you deserve Love & kindness from you. Heal that gorgeous heart of yours by moving away from the emotional drama of the past & feel into the Loving Energy around you
· Take a moment to imagine your own magnificent internal vibrancy lighting up even more & radiating out of you. Now feel as though it is connecting with Universal/Spirit Energy & Mother Earth Energy too. Enjoy the shit out of that magnified sense of Brilliance you just enhanced!
You may not get an instant rush from it. It might take a few days for you to notice something, possibly even a week. It will depend on how depleted you are feeling right now.
Keep going anyway as I promise you it is going to make a difference.
