SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO SAY "FUCK IT"!


Some weeks you’ll feel as though the theme of the week is ‘Holy Fuck!’


You’ll be looking at all the things you haven’t gotten around to doing and at some point, you will just need to say ‘fuck it!’


Be grateful to yourself for whatever tasks you actually got done.


All the other stuff? Well, you did what you could and that’s going to have to be enough.


Ask yourself, do all of these things really fucking matter? Most likely, no, will be your answer.


Do we put a ridiculous amount of unnecessary pressure on ourselves?


Hell YES!


So much unneeded pressure.


Even if you don’t get all the things done you said you were going to, or you don’t get a chance to catch up with the people you wanted to, they’ll love you anyway, whether you catch up with them or not.


It’s time to breathe, relax your shoulders and drink some water.


Or better yet, move your body if you can, because tension, stress and anxiety creeps up slowly and you don’t even notice until it all gets a bit too much.


So if you can, go for a walk, have a stretch, take a deep breath and just let it go.

Tomorrow is a new day.


You are definitely one hell of an Awesome specimen and it doesn’t matter if you don’t get everything done today. Do what you can and fuck the rest! Someone as Amazing as you, doesn’t need to be sweating the small stuff.
