Letting ourselves feel is really important.
We can easily get stuck in the habit of pushing things down and telling ourselves we’ll deal with it later.
By pushing things aside, we can be in denial about actually letting ourselves feel and that doesn’t always work out so well. Those things can come back to bite us on the ass at some point.
Don’t let that shit build up!
Allow yourself to stop every now and again and RESET.
Whatever it is you need to do to help you reset, whether that’s spending time in nature, or moving your body, or booking a session with me to help you get another perspective.
Don’t ignore it and keep on going because you are dreading dealing with it. Take the time to feel what you are feeling. I can’t tell you how important that is.
And yes, I get it, we’re human and so it’s easier to just sweep things under the rug. But it’s going to make things a hell of a lot easier if you deal with whatever it is and sort that shit out.
Think of this as a gentle kick up the ass to remind you not to let stuff built up.
We want to avoid the snowball effect. We want to avoid Energetically face planting at all costs.
And most importantly, remember to love the absolute shit out of yourself, because you are fucking Brilliant!
Please don’t push through on your own. Get the help you need when you need it. You are so worth it.
