Sometimes we get into the habit of beating ourselves up because maybe we’ve fallen off the wagon and our usual routine is now out of whack.

Well, have you ever considered that maybe for now, you don’t need to follow that same routine?

Maybe for now, you were supposed to not go for that walk this morning.

Maybe you were supposed to sleep in a little later than usual.

Maybe you need a break from the same routine. Maybe for now, you need to be in a different type of flow, so you can see things from a different perspective. Notice things from a different time of day and appreciate things in a new way.

We don’t need to be so hard on ourselves if we change things up.

Sometimes we make our routines so frantic and jam-packed. We get caught up in our own heads thinking we need to do more, have more and be more.

Who the fuck says so?

We need to stop putting that kind of pressure on ourselves!

Absolutely back yourself if you really want something.

But if you’re doing something that isn’t sitting right with you, or you were going to do something but now you feel awkward and trapped because you don’t really want to do it anymore. That’s ok!

It’s all good if you want to switch things up and change things around. Don’t force yourself to do something you don’t want to do.

We need to try and not be so ridged with our routines.

Remember, you are one Spectacular Homo Sapien who doesn’t need to feel guilty about changing routines.

You are free to change the way you approach things and do things differently. And by doing so, just you watch all the Amazing doors open up for you.
