Refunds Policy

Hey lovely, here's the honest deal: I put a lot of Energy and intention into everything I create. From 1:1 sessions to digital courses and card decks. That said, I also know that sometimes things come up, or something might not be the right fit. So let’s lay it all out below so we’re both on the same page.

1:1 Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your session.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you can request a refund (minus any processing fees) or choose to reschedule.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or for missed appointments (no-shows).
If something urgent comes up, please reach out. I understand life happens, and I’ll do my best to support you where possible.

Digital Products & Courses
Due to the nature of digital products (like eBooks, downloadable resources and self-paced courses), all sales are final once your purchase is complete.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether something is right for you, feel free to reach out and ask.

Physical Products (Oracle Cards)
I want you to love your cards! If your deck arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order:

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
I’ll happily organise a replacement or refund for damaged or faulty products.
Change of mind? Sorry, I don’t offer refunds for that - please purchase mindfully.

Events
Ticketed events are non-refundable unless cancelled by me. If you can’t make it, feel free to gift your ticket to someone else. Just send me a quick message so I know who to expect.
