2. Sessions & Services

• Bookings:

  All 1:1 session bookings are made via the online booking system. Sessions are conducted online unless otherwise stated.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations:
  Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

• Disclaimer: 
  Intuitive readings, Energy sessions and spiritual guidance are for personal insight and growth. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any session or product use.
   

3. Digital Products & Courses

• All digital products (including eBooks and online courses) are for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is not permitted.

• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Access to course content may be limited by time, format or platform and is subject to change at any time.
   

4. Oracle Card Decks & Physical Products

• All physical products (e.g., oracle decks) are shipped via standard post unless specified otherwise.

• Please allow appropriate time for delivery depending on your location.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.

All content on this site - including text, imagery, product designs, course materials  and downloads - is the intellectual property of Lyndy Jewell. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
