THE GOOD PANIC


Sometimes, even though we might be panicking and feeling stressed about something, we can also find ourselves feeling excited at the same time.


This is because there are so many different elements of emotions.


Sometimes, we feel we can only be the one type of emotion when we are experiencing certain things.


We get stuck in the mindset that if things are good, then that’s all we can and should be feeling and if things are bad, then again, that’s all we can and should be feeling.


But that’s just not how it works.


We can have something absolutely Awesome going on in our life but still feel a bit shit.


Or we can be going through something extremely challenging and still be able to feel the love and connection to the people around us.


It’s not like there is only one flavour of emotion we have to pick to go through a particular situation.


So, let yourself experience all the different emotions that come and go with whatever we are going through.


Little tip though, try focus on the good stuff. Try not to beat yourself up about the things that maybe didn’t quite work out the way you had hoped.


Always bring your mind back to the stuff that was Amazing, the stuff that worked out super well, the stuff that just couldn’t have gone better.


It doesn’t mean we’re ignoring the bad stuff, but it’s about what we’re focusing on and at the end of the day, where do you want your Energy to go?


The good stuff of course, so you can manifest more of that good stuff to come into your life.


Remember, there is no, one, hard, set, rule when it comes to emotions.


You are a fucking Extraordinary person who doesn’t have to limit yourself to just experiencing that one and only emotion because you think it fits that particular situation.


Allow your Awesome self to feel them all.
