When there’s a lot going on, our Energy can become a bit wobbly. More often than not, before we even have a chance to get on top of it, something else happens. So the already existing wobbly energy is then impacted again. This build up can start to feel like everything is getting a bit too much.
This is not necessarily a bad thing. Because we’re human beings, it’s in fact a very normal thing to happen to us. But let’s be honest, when we’re able to stay on top of our energy, our lives are much easier.
So think about where your energy is at:
· Are you going with the flow?
· Are you remaining flexible?
· Are you giving yourself what you need?
· Are you resetting as best you can?
Sometimes asking someone for help is really hard, whereas booking something in for ourselves and paying for it, can help take away the feelings of guilt, shame or fear.
